A little bit about me...

Tim Clark is a widely respected Denver real estate expert and Managing Broker of the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty offices in Douglas County. For over four decades, he has been lauded as a skillful top producer, consistently ranking in the top 1% nationally with an annual gross sales volume in excess of $15 million. Since he became a licensed broker in 1980, Tim has personally expedited the closing of over 1,500 homes in Metro Denver. His broad real estate expertise includes comprehensive market and property valuation, with a proven background in new home sales and construction, finance, strategic marketing, business planning, and negotiation. Tim believes the true success of an office is embedded in their talented support staff, who are exceptionally well-trained and committed to attracting and servicing the best brokers. This philosophy has resulted in his offices receiving numerous “Top Producing Office” awards from the Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR) and South Metro Denver Realtor Association (SMDRA). This is a testament to Tim’s steady leadership and ability to help others achieve their goals and reach their potential. As a dedicated coach and mentor, Tim raises the bar with his collaborative approach and trademark competitive spirit – a trait inherited from his father who was a professional athlete and inductee into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. This unique combination of experience, commitment, and trust echoes the core values of the LIV SIR brand and attributes to the longevity of its most prolific brokers. In addition to real estate, Tim is an avid outdoorsman and relishes the opportunity to golf, fish, and ski. He also loves to travel, drink great wine, and spend as much time as possible with his wife Maureen and their five grandchildren. Together, they support the American Cancer Society and Alzheimer’s Foundation, and are active in the Castle Pines Village community where they make their home.
